We all rely on memories to shape part of who we are. Those reflect our journey and our existence, including both the intentional and the unplanned experiences.
As an important element for human interaction, we recall memories in various ways but none as impactful as in form of images which have the ability of triggering memories on creating a narrative - our own unique story.
This page comes from my journey of pursuing the tiny second of a moment trying to tell a story worth of memories. Hope you enjoy it as much as me creating those moments in time.
EVENTS
What does it take to make that moment special or how much do we dare to push ourselfes in a moment?
The truth is that not everyone is a natural model, and not every moment can be sometimes lightly forged special.
That is why I feel honoured and find so magical, special and unique to be able to photograph all those inconspicuous moments during an event.
And what a joy to be able to capture that brightness of someone precisely in that single moment revelling the genuine true self.
My attention is always on recording moments discreetly or simply help on creating them and trying to capture the best angle or expression from people.
STREET
More than just capturing daily life in a busy place, street photography shows the essence of public spaces. It is about going deeper into the small, and often ignored moments that make up our surroundings.
Blending into the crowd, one becomes the unseen observer, take natural pictures of strangers and fitting them on places, daily life or single occasions.
Sometimes street photography may seem to lack a clear message, however that is the point, to allow the document of raw reality that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Each photo tells a story, freezing a moment in time and preserving it in people's memory.
Photography when travelling becomes an extension of the trip itself. While it allows the creation of the imemorial documentary part, it also works as a catalyst, pushing to put myself into places or situations that otherwise I would never be able to feel that experience. Travel photography makes you move and search for the unique and the distinguish part of cultures and places.
TRAVEL
Through travel photography, me and my partner collect memories that become woven into the tapestry of our lives, allowing us to broaden our perspectives, deepen our understanding of the world, and forge connections with people from various walks of life. Travel photography takes me out of my comfort zone allowing some personal growth that I would never achieve other way.
